Most of our blankets & comforters come in Full/Queen & King sizing , Pillows are available in Jumbo (20x28”) & King (20x36”) to accommodate all needs, Mattress Pads & Sheets are available in Full XL, Queen, Hotel King. Dimensions reflect unfilled shells.

All Nomad Home ® products undergo extensive durability and specification testing prior to launching. JLA Hospitality uses third party testing and industry accepted standards in our product development process.

No, Nomad Home® products are not sold through our retail division. These products are specially created for the Hospitality environment much like retail products are created for home use and not for Hospitality.

Our hospitality line of products includes a wide range of categories including basic bedding (pillows, blankets, pads), decorative top of bed, bath (towels, accessories, bathmats, etc.), apparel (robes and slippers), and more.

All products offer either a bulk pack option for those properties with more rooms or a lower pack size for Vacation Rentals and smaller properties. Choose whichever is best for your needs.

Most of our products are available to order now. A select few will be available beginning September 2025. We encourage you to order early so that your orders will ship first as stock becomes available.

Due to the unique craftsmanship and competitive pricing of our products, returns are only allowed for validated quality issues and defects. For assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Our standard lead time is 2 business weeks from the time your order is processed.

Yes, in fact we strongly encourage you to utilize your own carrier to ship products. JLA Hospitality specializes in the creation of the product but it is often the case that your logistics rate will be better than standard rates.

Orders are shipped from our distribution centers in Savannah, Georgia, and/or Woodland, California, depending on product availability.

Absolutely, all Hospitality textile products can be laundered using our care and maintenance instructions found at www.jlahospitality.com . There you can find helpful hints and detailed instructions for laundering as well as complete product descriptions and pictures.

In Hospitality, items are bulk and compression packed to reduce packaging waste and economize shipping. It will be necessary for you to fluff your products prior to putting them on the bed.

The Nomad Home® line of textiles uses fills designed for longevity and comfort. Pillows are designed with medium firmness in mind and blankets and comforters are designed for year-round use to satisfy more guests comfort needs.

Currently, we offer a “General Product Line” designed for use throughout the industry and customization is not possible. This helps to ensure the most competitive pricing and product availability.

All Hospitality products feature Fuze®,an all natural and permanent antimicrobial treatment. Fuze® helps extend product life while protecting against UVA/UVB fading and reducing microfiber shedding to further enhance sustainability.
